Timing is very crucial when asking a girl out for a date. Guys should really know when is the right time to approach and ask a girl out. If they don't then you will just end up wondering why women always say no to you.

Is she still refuses, ask her what she has on mind. And if she gave you still a no answer, just excuse yourself that you are also busy. Just be cool if she rejects your offer and make an impression that you can search another girl who is worthy of your time.
However, just make sure that her excuse is something that is valid and true. Not all excuses are lame. If this is the case, you can give her your number and tell her that she can call you anytime she makes up her mind
