The whole modern take on matchmaking has really caught on in this sunny island ensconced in the Asia Pacific Region. While we would think that such an island entrenched in traditionalism and Asian values would take time to warm to such modern and speedy ways of finding love, the general climate of acceptance came not as a surprise to many of the populations' most eclectic and varied members. Matchmaking is getting more and more popular and common in this small island.
True, the spirit of traditional matchmaking still exists in this day and age, culture and belief, practice and tradition are timeless, reciprocated through family values and teachings on a daily basis. But the mindset of ‘changing with the times' has really set in and as the X generation slowly take the reigns of society, as consumer capitalism transfers part of its assets to the digital age and its most wholehearted supporters. You also are able to maintain anonymity while you get over your shyness. If you are a bit more outgoing and like to party, then those other services might strike your fancy.
