Pheromones are airborne chemicals which are emitted by humans and animals to attract the opposite sex or even the same sex for that matter if you are a gay or lesbian. It is now known that pheromones are detected through the Vemeronasal Organ (VNO) in the nose.
Researchers have found that all humans have two small holes on both sides of the hard divider in the nose. A group of cells are located just behind these holes. These cells are similar in appearance to nerve cells and they concluded these cells are responsible for detecting human pheromones. The human pheromones then transmit a signal to the hypothalamus in the brain, sending a chemical message of sexual attraction and appeal.
Human pheromones are believed to be detected on an instinctive subconscious level. That means that you don't even know that you're receiving them or emitting them, although you are. This could be the reason why you are attracted to people that you don't even know. Love at first sight?
There are many different species of animals including humans which emit pheromones. In the animal world, it is very easy to see the amazing power that pheromones have over sexual instincts and arousals. For instance, a bitch "in heat" drives other dogs crazy with sexual desire from miles away with only their natural pheromones. Fantastic sex appeal isn't it?
The urge to have sex is a strong natural instinct and sexual chemicals are what drives those sexual instincts. Some experts even believe that pheromones drive our social interaction as well. There are many who believe that pheromones also help to make people feel comfortable around you and want to be in your presence and concluded that pheromones may not just be purely a sexual attractant and may be also triggers for non-sexual desires to be near a particular person. Remember that warm fuzzy feeling?
If pheromones are truly capable of arousing sexual desire in the opposite sex, then it's not a strange to believe that pheromones are equally capable of arousing social desires in the same way. Actually, pheromones do not just attract the opposite sex, it attracts anyone who are stimulated by your own natural unique pheromones. So men may attract girls most of the time, but may also attract other men too. This happen to women too.
Pheromones are produced by the human body and are emitted through our sweat glands. Every man and woman produces pheromones. However, humans don't produce enough pheromones powerful enough to make us more sexually attractive than we are. Scientists think that humans have essentially lost the ability to naturally produce sufficient quantities of pheromones as a result of evolution. It is also believed that the pheromones humans produce are often destroyed or overpowered by deodorants and antiperspirants.
Well, most pheromone selling companies out there would have you believe that the solution to the under production of this amazing chemical is to splash or spray on some pheromone cologne they manufacture. So the question is that is it possible to attract men or women simply by dabbing on some pheromone cologne?
My take is that every individual is producing their own natural human pheromones and therefore attracting different people. In other words, how can it be possible for companies to produce one type of pheromone spray and claim that anyone can use them to be sexually attractive?
I did some research from this angle and found that most, if not all manmade pheromones in market are made from pig pheromones (as in oink oink), fake pheromones (so called synthetically engineered) or real human pheromones extracted from cadavers (dead bodies) Yikes!
So, in order to avoid these scam pheromones, the best way then is to make your body produce more of your own distinctively unique human pheromones naturally. In order for others to respond to your pheromones, they need to be sexually attracted to your very own sex aphrodisiac pheromones. This can be done by using pheromone releasers and supplements. Generically mass produced pheromones are certainly not unique to your body's chemistry and so they will not work.
If it is true that over time, humans have gradually lost their ability to produce and emit adequate amounts of human pheromones, then it makes perfect sense to correct the problem by boosting your pheromone levels back to where they should be. This seems like a much more logical approach to solving the problem of depleted pheromones levels than simply splashing on some generic pheromones from a bottle.
So if you to be sexually attractive and oozing with sex appeal, then it is about time you start to produce more of your own pheromones naturally.
