TV shows on DVD are a new wonder. You can acquire entire seasons complete with formerly unseen footage, making of segments, actor interviews, reunion show episodes, pilot episodes and bloopers. Practically any series that has continued more than one season and gotten adequate ratings will be offered at Amazon.com or another seller. These DVDs permit a person to view every single episode without the irritation of commercial breaks several times per show that can literally wreck the viewing experience. Numerous TV lovers are extremely dedicated to their favorite series and can get together with other like-minded fans to have a viewing party.
TV shows on DVD also permit people to join in belatedly on a series they may not have begun watching at the very beginning of the show. A series like Lost which is story line and driven by its characters is tough to join in on in the heart of a season or anytime after the pilot for that matter. You can go back and observe old shows to discover a character's folks had different names in a previous episode than they did later on in the series or even at this point, if it is still being broadcast. Complicated series like Lost can be dissected in order to discover clues to what is in reality happening on that island. Discovering bloopers on even the very finest of shows is not unusual. We have all seen the microphone above our favorite character's head or a truck traveling down the interstate in the background on a program like Bonanza that was set several years prior to the internal combustion engine.
