In the end of the day, having the ability to filter away all the negative aspects of your life, is really one of the best things you can do when trying to handle your own life. Surround yourself with as many positive people as you can and draw your energy from them. Then you will be able to think with more logic, it is always about how you conceive about yourself and that mental expulsion is the skin you will be donning when you are getting yourself into states of affairs.
